What is the Stash?
The Stash is the first portable container for cannabis with a built-in reusable vacuum pump.
How much weed can the Stash hold?
You can store up to 7 grams of ungrounded flowers in the jar. For pre-rolls or blunts, we’ve fit up to 13 RAW king sized cones.
What is the Stash+ (Quarter+)?
The Stash+ is the largest of our glass containers purposely built for cannabis with a built-in reusable vacuum pump.
How much weed can the Stash+ (Quarter+) hold?
You can store up to 11 grams of ungrounded flowers in the jar.For pre-rolls or blunts, we’ve fit up to 15 RAW king sized cones.
Where can I buy a Canlock container?

How many times can I press the pump?
You can press the pump about 5-10 times before the vacuum is created. Depends on the size and contents. Once the pump is flattened out, you know the jar is vacuum sealed.
How do I clean my Canlock?
The premium glass jar container is dishwasher safe. Please clean the ultra seal lid with a damp cloth. Use warm water and mild soap if necessary.
Can I use Boveda® packs in my Canlock?
Sure, adding a Boveda® pack is a great addition but certainly not necessary.
Does Canlock offer wholesale rates?

Do you ship internationally and how much does that cost?
Yes we do! International shipping is $10 at check-out. International orders will also be subject to duties and taxes payable to their country’s customs office.
How long does it take to ship after I place my order?
We pride ourselves in processing orders as quickly as possible. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after they are placed. Please note orders placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday.
How can I track my package?
Tracking information is sent along with your email confirmation. Please make sure to check tracking information on your order daily with the tracking number that was provided. If you cannot locate your tracking info in your shipping confirmation email, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
How long does it take for my order to be delivered in the US?
Orders shipped through standard free shipping can take 5-10 business days to be delivered throughout the continental US. Orders shipped through expedited shipping can vary depending on the type of service you select during checkout.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered internationally?
After your order is placed, please allow up to 10 business days to receive your order in the US. International shipments may take longer.
Orders shipped through standard international free shipping can take 7-21 business days(not including customs delays) to be delivered. Orders shipped through international expedited shipping can take 4-10 business days(not including customs delays).

As soon as your order is placed, you should receive an email confirmation. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, contact us at email@example.com.

Once you place your order, please allow up to 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.
Where can I find tracking info for my order?
Tracking information is sent along with your email confirmation. Please make sure to check tracking information on your order daily with the tracking number that was provided. Please note UPS/FedEx tracking updates can take 24-48 hours to become available. If you could not locate an email confirmation in your inbox or spam folder, an email address was probably not entered when placing the order. How can I cancel or make a change to an order?
Please contact email@example.com immediately if you wish to cancel or request any changes to your order. However, we will not be able to cancel or adjust any orders once they’ve been shipped.

Do I need a copy of the receipt in order to process my claim?
Yes, we require a copy of the receipt or similar proof of purchase. Please see our warranty page for more information.
How long does it take to receive my money back on my credit card? Will I be notified?
Once our team completes your refund, you will receive a credit memo. This email is to notify you that our team completed the refund. Please note the funds can take 3-5 business days to become available in your account.
If I purchased this “product” from another retailer (not shopcanlock.com or our Amazon store) am I still eligible to receive a replacement under warranty?
Our products are covered under warranty as long as you have proof of purchase. Please note we only process warranty claims for items purchased from Authorized Retailers at full price.
How long does it take to process a warranty claim?
Warranty claims are processed in 1-2 business days.
I cannot place an order on the site, is there an alternative way to place my order?
